Jimmy "JJ" Vitale grew up in the small town of Terryville, CT. During his youth his mother Veronica worked at a video rental store next to their home. This is where his infatuation with feature films spawned and he would watch multiple films daily. JJ never really saw this path coming and believed it unattainable living in small Connecticut. Over the years working many jobs in so many fields from Statistics Editor for ESPN or a snowplow driver, all the skills he's attained made him a "jack of all trades" on set and make a name for himself. Starting as an art director JJ switched his direction to Grip and Electric and becoming a Key Grip. Now 9 years and dozens of films later JJ has made his way to become a prominent Gaffer/CLT In the industry and hopes to continue pushing and master his craft.
