Jill Rudison movie list
Jill Rudison was born on August 16th, 1978 in Miami, Florida. She grew up in the suburbs of Kendall and at age 11 moved to Memphis, Tennessee when her parents divorced. She later returned live with her father in Miami at age 14 and remained there, finishing high school and then graduating from college in 2001. Jill always had an inkling of what she wanted to do; produce and create. Her childhood spawned many a party where music videos and or short films were made and scavenger hunts were created. Her destiny seemed almost already written out.
During her sophomore year of college, Jill began applying for internships with various production companies. An offer came in from MTV Networks and she jumped at the chance to begin her career there. What she didn't know was that the internship would in fact turn into a long career with the company. She began her stint at MTV in 1998 and still continues to freelance for them to this day. Jill's hard work and dedication to her chosen career path led her to work on the films Any Given Sunday and Ali while still in college. She eventually began taking work with MTV that put her on the road and managed to juggle a full load in college while working, traveling and gaining invaluable experience at the same time.
After college she settled into a position with Logistics Management Group, a full-service live event production company in Miami, and produced and managed numerous events over a three-year span such as the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Ocean Drive Magazine parties, fashion shows for Versace, Roberto Cavalli, The CBS Thanksgiving Day Parade in Miami, musical concerts such as Beyond 2000, Volleypalooza and more. Jill loved what she did there, only she hungered for more. The dream of moving to California still lingered in her head and in February of 2005 she got in her car and did exactly that.
Upon arriving in Los Angeles, Jill resumed her work for MTV and then went on to freelance production manage other shows such as NBC's Deal or No Deal, E!'s Extreme Hollywood, MTV's 8th & Ocean, Comedy Central's The Roast of Flava Flav and more. Jill formed her own company in 2007, rightfully calling it Mad Clout Productions, which was a name people used to describe her style and a homage to one of her favorite bands. When TV grew tiring she would switch back and forth to live musical events such as Coachella, Stagecoach, Global Gathering, Ultra Music Festival and most recently Prince at the Roosevelt Hotel.
Jill resides in Culver City with her 4 male roommates (yes you read correctly) and her trusty mutt, Misses Mia Wallace. She continues to work as a freelancer and is a "Jill of all trades" in the production industry whether it is TV, film, live event or music-related. Jill is currently working on and shopping a number of unscripted reality programs and also always has one ear to the ground and one eye open for new projects or opportunities that will one day catapult her to greatness.
