Karan, a policeman, goes undercover in order to be treated by Dr Sapna, a psychiatrist, and investigate the murder she is accused of committing.

Suraj, a CBI officer, learns that his friend Yash and his father run an illegal business. He is assigned the task to investigate Yash but he decides to convince Yash to mend his ways.

Amar, a rich businessman, is framed by two undercover police officers, Seema and Jagmohan, for the murder of his uncle. To evade prison, he claims to be of unsound mind and tries to solve the mystery.

Karan and Arjun reincarnate in the different parts of the country. But the faith of their previous mother brings them together in order to avenge their death.
