Tammy Gillis is an award-winning actress and indisputable powerhouse whose talent and creativity has lead to over 60 roles across a variety of acclaimed film and television projects around the world. She won four Best Actress awards for her incredible starring lead performance in the internationally acclaimed feature film, Menorca (2016). Growing up in rural Manitoba, Tammy showed an early interest in her craft and began acting in school plays. She was discovered by a modeling scout while attending the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg and was cast in a series of commercials for Greenkids. Her passion for performing reignited, she began taking theatre classes at the University of Winnipeg and shortly after found herself on the set of Canadian legend Guy Maddin in his inspired award-winning short film, The Heart of the World (2000). Since then, Tammy's acting career has continued to grow with great success.
